When you receive your chonky whale, be sure to massage him well because he’ll be in a vacuum-sealed bag. He should retain his shape within a day of fluffing. Wrinkles will smooth out over time and use, but in rougher cases the plushie can be steamed and fluffed, or placed in a tumble dryer on low/no heat.
If the attached mask is bent, it can be lightly ironed (be sure to place fabric between the mask and the iron surface to prevent melting).
